The Daily Intake (DI) counter is on all Kellogg's® brands and helps you to make informed choices.
Eating a varied diet and being active is the key to good health. Research suggests that the best way to do this is to choose a variety of foods, moderate your intake of fat, particularly saturated fat, sugar, salt and do regular exercise. However, sometimes getting the balance right can be difficult. The DI counter will help minimise confusion and help make your choice an easier one.
